THE JOURNEY

Chef Lucas Martinez was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. After serving 6 years in the Navy and 6 years in the Government in DC, He decided to move back home and pursue his dream of one day owning a restaurant. after meeting his wife, they moved to Portland Oregon. while there he attended and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.  Fast forward 5 years later and back in New Mexico   working as a Chef, He decided to open a food truck and has been in service since 2022. It's a family affair as you will often see his wife, daughter and other family members working with him.  - Come grub with us and enjoy some comfort food!
